Hi, I'm looking for a nice, clean place and a nice roommate to rent a room from. I would be paying my fair share of rent, but would probably only be there half the time. My business is in Cali and my boyfriend is in Ohio. Go figure! I am a practicing christian and it would be ideal to share a place with someone who shares my values.
