Modular home in Evans, CO. Close to both colleges. I don't really have a yard but do have an enclosed deck off the back of the house. The bedroom is 10x12 I think and has a walk-in closet. I also have a pool table and you will have access to it, the kitchen and main living area. You will also have your own parking spot in the driveway. I am looking for someone to sign atleast a 3 month lease but could be longer if you would like.
