About this household

I have a cozy upstairs bedroom with a walk in closet and hardwood floors. A private bath with a free standing tub is across the hall. The person would have access to my entire house including newly remodeled kitchen, family and front rooms, laundry room, exercise room with Pilates reformer, huge private backyard with covered deck, and Mountain Views from both the front end back yards. I am okay with one dog as long as it’s potty trained and not a puppy. Renter can park in my garage.
