Hello there, I'm looking for a room--furn/unfurn doesn't matter. I'm very mellow, quiet, responsible, pretty tidy. I have a tiny 5 lb dog, she doesn't bark-- no yapping whatsoever. I'd like to live somewhere within a 30 minute commute to Mid-town Manhattan. I don't socialize much and I keep a pretty regular schedule, though I'm freelance and don't have a regular 9-5.
