I'm a 25 year old retired army vet. I bought a condo that's way too big for me, and wouldn't mind sharing it with someone that isn't a slob, or if you smoke you do so outside, pets are negotioable depending on what they are. I have the master suite, but there are two other rooms to choose from both with closets, and the one across from the master has it's own bathroom, so 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths.
