Hi, I am a very busy person and I rent a two bed, two bath apartment. I am looking to rent out the other room and bathroom. My price includes free WiFi, washer/ dryer inside apartment also it’s fully furnished. Includes: Parking, pool and gym! I don’t mind if you smoke just not inside. I also don’t mind if you have an animal you just will have to pay the animal fee every month. I ask you pay $60 per month for utilities. Also to move in I will need first month rent.
