I have a room that is still available and need some one by the end of next week.. or at the end of June .... house is in cooper city... 4 bedroom 2.5 bath.... top shape... on the market it is worth about $450,000 if that says anything .... you will have your own bedroom . and sharing a bath ..with one other person which would be me.. i am clean guy and would expect the same.. my best friend will be living with me he is a neat freak.. worst then a woman lol . anyhow we have been best
