I have a room open in my beautiful home located around 103rd and Pflumm. Rent is $625 all inclusive (rent, washer dryer, cable, internet, gas, water, trash, ect.. all included in price). Currently living there are a male -25 years old, and a 26 year old female, and one dog. We are pet friendly. I have a garage space for the new tenant, fenced back yard, awesome deck, newly flipped home. The room for rent will share a bathroom with me (female). I would prefer a female, but either female or ma
