5 bed, 2 bath house at 17th and Tennessee. Current residents are all girls (21 years old) in sororities at KU and looking for a girl roommate. Would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. Large backyard and front deck. House is completely furnished besides personal bedroom and bathroom belongings. Prefer someone serious about their studies but also that likes to have fun. Involved in greek life would be a plus but not required. Rent is $400/month not including utilities. No pets allowed.
