I am a 22 year old female looking for a roommate. You would have your own room and the rent includes ALL utilities. Your only responsibility would be the $500 a month and your own food cost and what ever else you would like to bring. The place is fully furnished and a twin bed/ dresser could be provided if you would need it. If you have your own you could bring that if you would like.
