I am a 41 year old southwesterner who after living 17 years on the East Coast want to move closer to family and loved ones in the Phoenix area. I have my brokers license in NY and will be working within the real estate / development profession in the Phoenix metro area. I have a sweet 1.5 year old 13lb Brussels Griffon. I prefer not to live alone as I like people and would prefer living in a house with 1-2 others. I am friendly but am respectful of the lives of others.
