Long lease is preferable. furnishing and utility's included preferred. tolerance to noise from conversation level volume is a big plus. I myself am pretty laidback and like to play video games. I also like almost all animals and don't mind pitching in for cleaning. I am not particularly picky about who I am roomateing with either.
