I will have a room available the 25th of this month, in a 5 bedroom 4 bath 3 car garage house, in a gated community in Mandarin (San Jose/Loretto area). The second floor bonus room and bath will be available. The room is partially furnished (with its own climate control): queen size bed, chest, and a 46" flat screen. Electric, water, washer/dryer, basic cable, and high speed internet included. Parking inside garage is also included. Asking $800 a month.
