Spacious house. Only renting out 1bedroom and a bath. 2nd bed is an office, 3rd bedroom is an art studio (winter hobby). I'm unmarried but in a solid relationship. 32 years old, have one cat (don't worry, the litter box is in my area and I clean it regularly), I rarely drink, and on rare occasion will host a BBQ - I don't smoke. - once every 2 months will I have people over to BBQ, dine in the hot tub, or watch movies in the game room. - I Share in the chores, and I am pretty laid back.
