I'm a very laid back guy looking for a nice place to live for the fall and spring semesters coming up. I do smoke but I have no problem taking it outside. I love animals and kids and I won't be the type to be annoyed if someone brings friends over a lot. I'm very tidy and considerate of other people's space.
