Tranquil room in 3BD 2BA home in nice safe, quiet area of Henderson/Green Valley near parks, trails and stores. Rent is month to month and includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, cable, pool/yard maintenance, housecleaning EOW, trash, HOA. May consider up to $150 rent reduction for help with house/animal chores. We are female and male best friends in our mid 50's - look/act much younger. MUST LOVE ANIMALS as we have several smaller dogs, cats and a few parrots. Non smkr/drugs, must be open to bkgnd. ck.
