I have been living in this apartment over a year. I can pay for this unit no problem myself. I have a stable job and have been employeed three years. Im mature and responsible. I just don't know what to do with the spare bedroom. The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished. Brand new living room and dining room suit. Brand new washer and dryer.Brand new flatscreen and home theater in living room. Spare bedroom has one double window. It lets in alot of light in the morning and during the day
