I am fine living with both men and women, but I do prefer to live with 20 somethings/young professionals or graduate students. I am from Richmond, VA and just graduated with a master's degree. I have a Siamese cat named Elsa. She is incredibly sweet and has dog-like tendencies. So the place must allow cats and you must be ok with cats.
