Summary

I am an active, retired, healthy grandmother who enjoys life and wants to share a home/apartment with another senior. I have lived in the same apartment for 15 years but they are increasing the rent to a rate I cannot afford. I am an excellent tenant, I always pay the rent on time and keep my place very clean. Would be willing to cook/clean in exchange for portion of the rent. Would prefer to share a house but would consider a large townhouse or apartment.
