About this household

I am actually looking for someone that needs a a private room and bathroom that would be willing to be a helper for my mother. She doesn't need any physical help, but she lives alone and technology is not her friend. One example is the smoke detector beeping in the night because of a low battery, which kind of freaked her out. It is a large bedroom with an attached private full bath. Rent would be negotiable.
