I'm a social person looking for a place to live in the Tacoma area (Federal Way, Lakewood, etc.) I have plenty of money saved so rent payment is not a problem. Would prefer a 3month lease. I'm a bit messy, but I'll keep that in my room. My girlfriend will be staying over often. I play guitar, and I like to play loud, but I do respect people and understand that playing loud will more then likely not be an option. Easy-going 6ft 4 pudge of a guy looking to see what the area can offer him.
