The apt is very large and clean and on 3rd floor so nobody lives above. There is a washer and dryer hookup in the apt., I just don't have a washer and dryer at the moment. The rooms are very large. Hardwood floors throughout rooms except kitchen and bathroom. Lots of closet space. There is a private storage area and private porch. House is second to last house on a dead end street.
