Right on the border of Aurora and Denver (Mississippi and Havana area), It’s a fantastic community that feels like a neighborhood and not an apartment complex. Private lake with free water activities in the summer, onsite bar and grill, 8 swimming pools, full gym including classes and a rock climbing gym! Lots of activities (including trivia night, karaoke, and taco Tuesdays!). It’s considered “resort style living”. 24/7 security at the main gate and no one who isn’t a resident or isn’t on a guest list can get on the property . The location is great. Less than 20 minutes to downtown Denver and Cherry Creek. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. And Costco right around the corner! The $775 deposit would be $275 for the background check and financial qualifying (non refundable) and $500 towards first month rent (you would only pay another $500 on the first month)
