Age of room mate is not a concern for me, living habits are. Please read on. I have lived in Florida before but reside in Las Vegas now. Wife of 43 years and I might be doing a separation and I have friends in Nokomis. Would like to be within a 30min drive of them. I am not a partier although I will occasionally entertain a lady for the night. No live in friends. I have a very old canine friend that has been with me for 16 yrs, I cannot leave him behind. He does not bark and causes no problems
