About this household

I own/occupy a townhome in Stoney Creek in Whitsett,NC. I have a large bedroom and a loft and bath upstairs that I plan on renting out to professionals that travel. Downstairs is what I occupy & isn't part of the rental w/the exception of the kitchen & laundry area. I have a garage that i dont park in which is where you would enter the house. We have a pool during the summer season, golf course trails to walk and park across the driveway due to very short driveway. I am open to male or female.
