A roommate to share expenses with. I need a roommate who is friendly not hateful. Place has to be kid friendly cause I have an 8yr old son who will be visiting me from time to time. I'm looking for a roommate who doesn't have hording, or filth issues. A person who respects others and who can reciprocate respect and kindness. I'm also looking for a roommate who will pull all their weight to make things work for the household and all who are directly involved.
