I'm looking for a room for rent. Hi, my name is Jacob Potter and I am interested in the room you have for rent. I am respectful and responsible. I work 5/6 nights a week and work out at a martial arts center. I'm a private person and pretty much keep to myself. I am quite and stay in my room most of the time.
