I am looking to share my house. All facilities are available to r/m, inc. unlimited (national)long dist. and DSL use. I work nites and am away more than I am at home so the right r/m would have the house to him/herself most of the time. It's a great older home, comfortalby furnished, with a lovely large shady backyard. The house is in an art district near downtown. I would prefer a non-smoker, but that's negotiable. I have no gender preference, just looking for quiet, independent r/m.
