About this household

I own a 4Bed/2Bath house with the master bedroom available for rent. Rent is $400/month plus 1/4 of the utilities (including internet). Laundry washer/dryer available. Pet friendly (fenced yard) as long as they get along with two other dogs. I am the owner and the other two rooms are occupied by male tenants in their mid-late 20s. We are all fairly quiet with relatively consistent sleep schedules and no partying. Please let me know if you have any questions.
