I am a 73 yr old gentleman with a college degree. I've been a store owner which includes managing,  bookkeeping, medical assistant and handy man. I am a retired Air Force Veteran with a service dog for hearing. I need a first floor residence. I have a consistent income and car. I don't mind a home to subsidize someone's income.
