I am renting out my basement. It is 1,064 sq ft. Huge bedroom, walk-in closet, private full bathroom. Big living room in basement. Unfurnished, but I have furniture if needed. All utilities are included and high speed internet. Private pool and fishing pond with running trail. Covered deck, garage, and firepit. I do have 2 sons that live with me every other week. I am a member of the military.
