The apt. is furnished but I think my current roommate owns the forks, so I may have to go shopping here in a bit. There's a pool, on-site laundry, a 7-11 across the street. The neighbors are really great people. It's in a nice little suburban area of San Diego called Rancho Penasquitos. It's in North County inland near Poway. Close to two freeways and shopping and restaurants. Oh, and the apt.s gated, too.
