Hello, I am a nice guy just looking for somewhere to stay. I’m trying to move out and I’ve been having trouble finding a place. I don’t really know anyone to move into with. I like to keep my areas and others clean as I see fit. I work full time and I also make music and YouTube videos that make a reasonable income for the moment. I will furnish what isn’t already and abide by any rules you may have. Thank you.
