Just under 1400 sq. ft. / rent listed is for smaller BR/Bath, but would consider moving out of the master if you can pay more for the extra space. also willing to barter help around the house for discounted rent. trying to sell so month-to-month and cleanliness is a must. you will have at least 30 Days' notice (if any offers are accepted) and since I work 2 jobs (looking for a 3rd), you'd have the whole place to yourself 90+% of the time.
