Female preferred. Needs to be in Chantilly, within 10 minutes of the intersection of Rt 28 and Rt 50. Non smoking male, neat, clean, professional, needs furnished room with washer/dryer and kitchen access, internet access, no cats and TV access until mid March. Most week ends I will be out of state but may stay over on a weekend with guest if I get lucky. Needs to include utilities and all fees. Female preferred.
