About this household

Top floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located at Sunset. Private standard bed + bath will be available on Aug 1st. Neighborhood is quiet, has a pool, fitness center,basketball court and community garden. I'm clean, extroverted and respectful of other's privacy and need for quiet/alone time. I work 6:30am to 1-2:30pm and usually in bed no later than 9:30pm. Pets are welcome, but I'd prefer either a dog or no pets. No smoking, no parties (I don't like drunks). Must be cool with houseplants.
