House downtown in walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, parks, entertainment, etc. quiet neighborhood. Room has a Jack-and-Jill attached bathroom but the other room isn’t occupied. Room can be furnished if needed. Back yard, big attic for storage, plenty of parking. Rent includes Internet and streaming platforms. I’m a working professional and have an older dog (lab) who’s well-trainer and behaved.
