We are looking to fill a room in Allston, near the Packard's Corner stop on the Greenline-B, 1st floor, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Basement space for storage and use, washer/dryer, garage workshop, raised bed garden in front for herbs/vegetables. We have a 112sqft room for $810 and a 151sqft room for $1020. Utilities included. Central air. Both have two windows and a closet. Parking in the back lot is $100/month. No pets. As for us, we (Hannah and Jason) are a couple hippies/nerds. Pretty chill.
