About this household

I’m looking for a roommate that will pay bills 50/50 down the middle in money and in responsibilities. Apartment is a ground floor non smoking unit. Off street parking. Onsite laundry facilities. Dogs ok if landlord Approves. Rent will be $350 each per month plus we’ll both be splitting the utility bills. There’s a one time deposit of $200 so I can hold the apartment for you and then there’s a $50 application fee that needs paid for and approved ASAP so we can both act accordingly.
