Share 2B/1B with myself (27/F) and two cats. My cats are both friendly, clean, and declawed. I work full time M-Fish at an animal hospital. Unit is directly across the street from 204 beach. There is a nice private patio with a view. Rent includes utilities. Living room will be furnished, you will need to furnish your room. Bedroom is 11'x9'. Unit is 420 friendly.
