I am looking for a responsibible room mate to share a 3 bedroom apartment in downtown Newmarket (29 Exeter Rd, Newmarket NH 03857). The location is amazing and has access to all the amenities that anyone could need. The bus stop is across the street and just up the street we have bars, shops, chinese, pizza and other restauarants. The gas station across the street is known for having the cheapest gas in NH as well. The apartment would cost $420 plus 1/3 of the electric and cable.
