The room will be available for move-in on February 15th. If you would like to move in on March 1st instead, that would be fine. The bedroom is unfurnished. There is a built in closet in the room and a large window. The room is 11.5' by 10'. There is a shared bathroom for you to use, however, I very rarely have company and I myself will only use my restroom, so for the most part, it is your personal bathroom. Your shower will never be shared.
