Electricity is separate. my place is furnished, all you need is a bed and whatever else in your room. I have a big screen tube television and theater sound, leather recliner, sleeper sofa table and captain's chairs. My neighbors have wireless routers and I have just been using that for my internet. I have basic cable. I prefer not to be around cigarette smoke, but smoking in your room is alright, or when I'm not around. I'm a 26 year old male and I'm a full time student.
