Normal sized room, not huge but not tiny. Closet isn't huge, kind of a downside honestly. House is fully furnished minus your room. Cable/internet utilities included. Huge 60" tv in the livingroom we could share. Smoking is ok outside, and I am not a partier at all and would honestly prefer if you weren't.
