I need a place to live while I finish tech school here at Goodfellow until December 1. I am willing to pay all rent upfront. I am responsible and clean. I was a homeowner for 2.5 years so if you are worried about responsibility issues, there are none. I'm 23, don't smoke or drink and will usually not be there on the weekends.
