I'm a 25-year old white male from NC and I need a room by Sept. 1st in either Ballston, Clarendon, Courthouse or Rosslyn. I drive, so I need a place to park. It'd be great if I could park and not have to register my car with Arlington County. But if not, then I'll deal with it. I'm looking for something in the range between $500 - $650 with everything included. I prefer to have something within walking distance to the metro for my commute to work. I also work on the Hill.
