I am starting a CPR and OSHA training center business in Austin with two other partners. My wife is staying at our home in Las Vegas while we get our business established. She may be coming to visit occassionally. I may be traveling at times with my partners. I need to rent a room for at least 6 months. I am very" low maintenance" and would appreciate the same with other room mates. I am looking for a place that is safe, quiet and in a good area.
