4/2 house. Spacious (1700 sq ft) plus large fenced in backyd w deck. Dogs R OK. I have 2 who would B great playmates. Historic house. Very nice. Your monthly rent includes cable, water, heat, a/c, alarm system, washer, dryer & all the other benefits a house has to offer (instead of an apartment or condo). Other than cleaning up after yourself, there is no yard or housework you have to do. There is also some attic storage and a shed out back. Just put remote controlled fan in your room 2 :)
