I have spent the hottest weeks of the last 2 summers in California to escape the Alabama heat, which causes lupus flairs. The last 2 summers I stayed with relatives, my sister - now in Alabama, my nephew and his family, no longer in Ocean Beach. I will be at ComiCon the end of July and want to find a place to stay, hopefully close to the beach, for August. The more salt air and cool wind the better I feel.
