I'm 18 and a student at Hawkeye Community College and am looking for an apartment after I find a part time job in the Waterloo area so near the middle of October. I'm very outgoing and athletic and don't party but am sociable. I also would not like a really "rowdy" place because I need to get good grades in college :)
